French Pharmacy Haul

My best friend and I went to Paris for the day a couple of weeks ago as her birthday present. As we are both very much into all things beauty and skincare related we couldn't miss the opportunity to venture into the oh so wonderful pharmacies Paris has to offer.
City Pharma on Rue de Four is the largest pharmacy in Paris which also stocks it's products at the best prices and no matter what time of day or day of week will always be jam packed full of people looking for brilliant products at brilliant prices. I picked up a few bits whilst I was there and thought I would share them with you.
From left to right
La Roche-Posay: Effaclar Duo+-   I have spoken about this product on my blog before except La Roche-Posay have reformulated it slightly. I used to be in love with this and so thought I would give it another go. It has really helped to even out my skin tone and prevent breakouts recently and I am thoroughly impressed. I use this as a serum before moisturising and I find that it makes my pores appear reduced and gives an overall perfected look to the skin.
Embryolisse.:Hydra masque-   I have only used this face mask once so far so I can't do a thorough review on it as of yet however when I did use it I noticed an improvement in the smoothness of my skin immediately. It is extremely moisturising and as it includes lots of vitamins and oils I feel safe that this is doing good things for my face.
Phyto 7- This is not actually a skin care product but for your hair. It is pretty much just a moisturiser for your hair and comes in a thin cream with 7 plants which supposedly hydrate your ends. I can't say I have seen a drastic improvement in the appearance or texture of my hair since using it but I do feel like it adds a little burst of hydration which is always greatly welcomed.
Bioderma: Crealine Micellaire Water-  I have already spoken about this a couple of times and even mentioned it in my 2013 favourites post so I wont blab on about it too much. This is my holy grail make up remover and since starting to use it in October last year I have never found anything which has been able to match up to this outstanding product. It takes off your make up so easily without feeling drying or greasy and feels like water on the skin. I can't see myself switching this out of my skincare routine any time soon.
Embryolisse.: Lait-Creme concentrate-   As you can probably notice from the image above I have already used up almost half of this tube which must be a sign of approval on my behalf. I have heard a lot about this and so wanted to give it a try and it definitely did not disappoint! This thick moisturiser contains natural ingredients such as: Shea butter, beeswax, aloe vera and soy proteins to truly nourish the skin and soothe it. I love this so much that I have started to use it not only as a face cream but an all over body moisturiser and I love how soft it makes my skin feel. Already feeling the need to order a few more tubes of these as back up!
Bioderma: Sebium Pore Refiner-   Again I haven't had a chance to give this a proper trial yet but the few times I've used it I have liked the finish it leaves on my skin. I use this under my moisturiser on my T-zone as a kind of primer to tighten pores and smooth out the surface of my skin before applying moisturiser and then make up and I find that it leaves my face looking smooth and ready for make-up.

I am going on holiday tomorrow for a couple of weeks so unfortunately won't be able to update my blog but I have a few ideas for posts when I get back. Hope you are all having a great summer.
lots of love, son x
