Soap And Glory Brow Archery Review

I wanted to get this post up today and as I'm spending most of the day on the train I thought I may as well get something useful done so sorry about the photos not being high quality but what can you do eh.
The soap and glory brow archery pen and pencil in the shade brownie points has been on my wish-list for months now and after roaming around a substantial amount of boots stores recently to find this product my boyfriend kindly joined the hunt and managed to locate what seemed to be the last one in stock. This doubled ended sleek packaged eyebrow product did not disappoint my high expectations, the colour is a perfect match and unlike many brow products on the market is not at all orangey. The waxy pencil is not too pigmented so makes your brows look natural but still fills in a the gaps. The pen end is really unique and you can draw on single fine hairs. If you see this in boots I'd grab it quick as they seem to be in high demand and for good reason!
I would also like to mention the book in the background of the images OH MY GOODNESS is this book amazing, i have just finished reading looking for Alaska by John green and did it half make me cry! His way with words is magical and I just thought some of you may be interested in reading it over the summer!
Lots of love

Everyday Make Up

Excuse the messy bedroom in the background I am just dealing with the aftermath of exams so everything is a little bit of a tip for the time being!
On days that I'm not doing much except watching Netflix (Orange Is The New Black and Breaking Bad to be specific) and running errands, I like to keep my make-up simple and only use a few products. A lip product which I have been really gravitating towards recently has been the Revlon kissable balm stain in rendezvous, the formula is really moisturising and it has a nice amount of pigmentation to wear daily and not look too full on. I also have been loving the L'Oreal True Match foundation as it has really good coverage, a really nice finish and as the name suggests is a very good colour match for my skin tone and I assume will be for lots others as they have a large range including around 21 different shades for all skin tones.
Other products I am wearing today are:
Concealer-Rimmel match perfection
Brows- Soap and glory brow archery in brownie points (post coming on this soon)
Highlighter- mac mineralised skin finish in soft and gentle
Bronzer- Benefit hoola
Blush- topshop cream in flush
Eyeliner- L'Oreal super liner in black
Mascara- ModelCo lashxtend mascara

Hair care

My hair has been in need of some TLC recently as my ends have become dry due to the increase in sun here in England. So I have been testing out new hair care products to pinpoint what works best to keep my hair in top condition. These products have been nourishing my hair back to life.

Aussie- Mega shampoo (£4.69)
This is great for people who wash their hair daily as it gets rid of product build up and cleanses the hair but doesn't dry it out at all. All Aussie products smell divine and this one is no exception!

John Frieda- Strengthening intensive masque (£5.89)
I use this masque a couple times a week to really moisturise the ends of my hair when they are feeling damaged from over use of heat tools (which I have been cutting down on use of recently and have noticed a phenomenal difference in the condition of my hair) or texturizing/drying products. It doesn't weigh down the hair and leaves it feeling silky.

I spray this in damp hair after using the Aveda smoothing fluid and I feel that it just locks in all the moisture and adds shine after drying, this also has heat protectants which saves having to put a hundred and one (slight exaggeration!) different chemicals into my locks. I am a massive fan of the john Frieda frizz ease range and think they do exactly what they say on the tin, or bottle in this case.

Aveda- Smoothing fluid (£22)
This is probably my favourite hair care product and I have noticed the most difference while using this. Its formula is in the form of a runny serum which rubbed into the ends of damp hair just conditions and softens the hair making it really easy to style and super super soft. If I were to recommend one hair care product I think it would have to be this one and I can no longer live without this being in my routine!
Hope this may have been helpful,
Lots of love son x

Red Lips

Recently I have been really into the slick of mascara, bronzed base and bright red lips. So I have collected quite a few which I have been testing out and these are ones I think are worth mentioning.

Mac Lady Danger (£15)- This matte lipstick is super bright and has a strong orange undertone it is really pretty and lasts for ages and fades really well.
Rimmel Kate Moss lasting finish lipstick in 01 (£5.49)- This one is the darkest red in this post. The formula's of the Rimmel kate moss lipsticks are my favourite and this does what it says on the tin.. (tube), last a long time!
Bourjois rouge edition velvet lipstick in hot pepper (£8.99)- My new favourite lip product and I have been gravitating to it most out of my whole lipstick collection. It has a really bright opaque orangey red colour, it is super matte but doesn't cling to cracks in lips and is super long lasting.
Sephora cream lip stain in 01 ($13)- Very true red really beautiful and opaque. This isn't as long lasting and starts to crack and fade a bit after a while but is fine if reapplied throughout the day. Not my favourite but nonetheless a fantastic product.
Hope this was helpful.
